Where has the time gone? I trust this finds you and yours doing well amid all the craziness. COVID and other recent events have really turned lives upside down, but God is still in control. We, the Talbots, have navigated the “safer at home” thing by practicing social distancing and face covering when we are out in public. How about you? Without the convenience of the gym, we have been very intentional in getting outside to walk or hike regularly – several times a week. I’d be interested to know how you’ve “normalized” things with all the changes.
As for Objects of Joy – a few weeks ago I moved my “studio” from our dining room into what was our guest room. So much better. I can spread out and allow myself to be a bit more “messy.” I have a sign up over my desk which states my attitude quite well, “Creative people don’t have a mess, they have ideas lying around everywhere!” Can I get an “amen”?

I’ve steadfastly worked on two new calendar designs for 2021 which are done and out for proofreading. Some of you have seen my two previous designs, and 2021 editions of these will also be available. The goal is to have a set of each design ordered by July 20. I will be offering them for sale here on my website. If you are interested in obtaining copies, please contact me via email (debie@objects-of-joy.com) especially if you are local and/or want multiple copies.
Hugs & blessings ~ Stay safe,
Debie

I am happy to hear you and Cecil are doing well. I love the calendars you make. Mine sits in the kitchen, where it greets me often with encouraging words and memories of dear friends. Katie is doing great and adjusting to Florida thunderstorms just fine. She looks forward to visiting Bea, our 92 year old neighbor, every day. It’s always a blessing hearing from you. Much love from both of us.
